Az ELTE Informatikai Kara és Természettudományi Kara a Robert Bosch Kft. támogatásával 2025. június 23-25. között rendezi meg az első Intelligens Robotika FAIR 2025 rendezvényt.

Az egyedülálló kezdeményezés célja, hogy összekapcsolja a robotika tudományos és ipari szereplőit a nagyközönséggel és bemutassa az intelligens rendszerek legújabb fejlesztéseit. A három nap alatt a szervezők három, egymással összefüggő programot – tudományos konferenciát, kiállítást és családi napot – kínálnak a különböző résztvevői csoportokra szabottan.

Szeretnénk felhívni a figyelmet a Nemzetközi Tudományos Konferenciára, ahol vezető kutatók és ipari szakértők előadások és panelbeszélgetések keretében osztják meg legújabb kutatási eredményeiket a robotika, az etológia által inspirált robotikai rendszerek (ethorobotika) és az intelligens technológiák területén. A konferenciáról önálló konferencia-összefoglaló jelenik meg egy ACM-kötetben. A beadási határidő május 16-a.

The Faculty of Informatics and the Faculty of Science of Eötvös Loránd University with the support of Robert Bosch Ltd., will organize the first Intelligent Robotics FAIR 2025 event between 23-25 June 2025. This unique initiative aims to connect academic and industrial players in the field of robotics with the general public and to showcase the latest developments in intelligent systems. Over the three days, the organizers offer three interconnected programs – a scientific conference, an expo, and a family day – tailored to different participant groups. 

We would like to bring to your attention the International Scientific Conference, where leading researchers and industry experts will share their latest research results in the fields of robotics, ethology-inspired robotics systems (ethorobotics), and smart technologies in lectures and panel discussions. A standalone conference proceedings will be published in an ACM volume. The submission deadline is the 16th of May. 

 

CALL FOR PAPERS 

Dear Scientists and Industry Representatives, 

Intelligent Robotics FAIR 2025 Conference (IntRob’25) aims to connect academic and industrial players in the field of robotics to showcase their latest developments in intelligent systems. We are inviting leading researchers and industry experts to share their latest research results in the fields of robotics, ethology-inspired robotics systems (ethorobotics), and smart technologies in lectures and panel discussions. This landmark event offers a unique opportunity to showcase cutting-edge advancements in robotics and explore its interdisciplinary connections to related fields, including industrial robotics, field robotics, ethorobotics, and intelligent systems.   

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished work in the form of full papers, short papers, or posters. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be presented during the conference. High-quality papers will also be considered for publication in the proceedings of the conference. 

We will be happy to host you at our organization that will be held in Hungary at Bosch Budapest Innovation Campus and Eötvös Loránd University on June 23-24, 2025. 

The main topics of the conference: 

  • Robotics and Automation: New methods, algorithms, and systems in industrial and field robotics.  
  • Ethorobotics and Bio-Inspired Systems: Insights from ethology applied to robotics, bio-mimetic design, and animal-robot interaction.  
  • Intelligent Systems: AI-driven solutions in robotics, machine learning applications, and autonomous systems.  
  • Human-Robot Collaboration: Advances in human-robot interaction, safety, and usability in industrial and social contexts.  
  • Edutainment and Science Communication: Creative approaches to using robotics and intelligent systems for education and entertainment, including gamification, immersive experiences, and innovative outreach programs.  
  • Applications and Case Studies: Real-world use cases demonstrating robotics solutions across industries, from agriculture to healthcare and logistics. 

 

Submission types 

Full Papers: Full papers should consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 pages, including sources, graphics and figures. IntRob’25 offers a publishing option for participants for full papers.
